WEST CHESTER HOMECOMING!!
West Chester Homecoming was a blast this weekend and too many events to be named occurred on this epic day. Festivities started early this sunny October day with the annual dance competition amongst all organizations on campus. Competition was fierce, but Zeta & Beta's routine took the cake. It can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mh4VqKY7MB4
After the dance around 12:00 p.m. students began to celebrate the holiday amongst WCU students aka binge drinking. Students seemed to be in good spirit and on their best behavior due to the large police presence around the campus who made sure this Homecoming ran smoothly. Sunday Morning the aftermath of the Homecoming celebration was to be seen everywhere. Walnut and Matlack street were flooded with red cups, empty beer cans, and pizza plates. Thanks to all who helped clean up this morning, and especially to the Greeks who participated in the block clean-up!
Sports:
The Rams Football team lost the homecoming game in a heart breaker against C.W. Post, 39-37

welcome to my blog!
Hello, my name is Kevin Clark, I'm a Junior here at West Chester University studying in the field of nutrition. My blog "dub it down" is going to keep you up to speed with everything big that's happening on campus, but don't get the wrong idea I'm not trying to have this blog serve solely as a calendar by any means, but rather as a way to share my college experience with you all so you don't miss anything! Let me start off by sharing a little bit about myself so I don't pose as a stranger. I grew up on a horse farm in a small town called Chesterfield in Central Jersey. I went to Northern Burlington Regional High School where I played football, and basketball. I'm a huge technology buff, and a big fan of hip-hop music, but I listen to everything. Here at WCU, I'm a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon (ΣΦΕ) Fraternity and live at our house located at 614 South Walnut Street. Enough about me though you'll learn more within due time.
